Raises the OnMouseMove(MouseEventArgs) event.

Raising an event invokes the event handler through a delegate. For more information, see Handling and Raising Events.
When overriding OnMouseMove(MouseEventArgs) in a derived class, be sure to call the base class's OnMouseMove(MouseEventArgs) method.
