ToolTip.BackColor Property

Gets or sets the background color for the ToolTip.

Unless the ToolTip is owner-drawn, this property is ignored.
The system default font is automatically used and can only be overridden by owner-drawing the ToolTip. For more information, see the OwnerDraw property.
