When overridden in a derived class, creates the window to be hosted.

The window handle of the parent window.
The handle to the child Win32 window to create.
This method's implementation is called from within the internal implementation of BuildWindowCore.
The child window will be created only if the window is owned by the calling thread.
Override this method to build the window being hosted.
The window that you return must be a child of the window specified by hwndParent
.
In addition, the child window will only be created if the window is owned by the calling thread.
