Feature details

A new landing page in each workspace highlights the key insights in your organization. These landing pages distill your organization’s Customer Service Insights information and help customer service managers understand which issues are having the most impact so they can take action quickly.

In addition, we’ve improved navigation between the dashboards by updating the Customer Service Insights home page, the topic visuals across the dashboards, and the topic's details page. These updates help you move across related content to get the details you need.

Dynamics 365 Customer Service Insights provides five out-of-the-box dashboards showing key topics and support issues that customers are facing, along with more than 100 different business metrics. Although the breadth of information ensures that users can view what they need, they can also benefit from additional guidance on how to read the data and take action.
