Feature details

This extension of the real-time data ingestion lets you see, within seconds, changes to specific user profile fields. In addition to the real-time functionality for activities, Customer Insights supports low latency updates to profile fields. Real-time updates for profile fields have an expiration time and are therefore not a replacement for scheduled refreshes.
