Business value

Providing additional insight into who is and isn't at work enables employees, managers, and HR to make appropriate leave and absence decisions. Understanding what type of leave is being taken and being able to group employees together helps to provide a clearer picture of leave and absence.

Feature details

Calendar insights include:

• Choosing the color of the leave type.
• Viewing a legend for leave types.
• Grouping employees by department or manager.
• Viewing employee birthdays, regardless of the leave being submitted.
• Viewing all employees, regardless of the leave being submitted.
