Business value
Having clarity on how employees are using leave benefits allows organizations to adjust these benefits to ensure not only regulatory compliance, but organizational compliance as well. It also enables organizations to adjust leave benefits to meet employee needs. Providing a view into who is and isn't at work allows managers to staff their teams appropriately.
Feature details
The new calendar insights enable you to:
- Choose the color of the leave type.
- Group employees by department or manager.
- View employee birthdays, regardless of the leave submitted.
- View all employees, regardless of the leave submitted.
