Feature details

This feature provides users with suggestions for actionable segments based on activity data. To create segment suggestions, a machine learning model analyzes activity patterns in the following three dimensions:

  • Recency
  • Frequency
  • Value (monetary value or duration)

Users can quickly filter the resulting list of suggestions to compare the suggestions and save them as a new segment.
