When an admin defines permission sets that result in dependency cycles, it's logged to telemetry. Partners can get insights into which permission sets are not possible in the setup so that they can help users get unblocked.
Feature details
Using telemetry, partners can get insights into which permission sets result in error situations for business users.
Partners and tenant administrators can also set up alerts in Azure Monitor to get notified if many users experience errors.
