Business value
Across all sales communication channels, email still remains a top B2B channel to communicate effectively with prospects and nurture sales outcomes. However, email addresses often are not regularly validated, leading to reduced quality of data over time. As a seller, your database gets populated with email addresses that are syntactically invalid, inactive, temporary, test, catch-all, and so on. These may impact your chances to drive results.
This feature will help you with timely validation of email addresses, resulting in lower email bounce rates, improved engagement rates, and overall, a better return on your invested time.
Feature details
After enabling this feature for your organization:
- Your administrators will be able to run a partial or full review across all email addresses maintained on active leads in the organization.
- Your sellers will be informed of invalid email addresses associated with email-based tasks that are appearing in their sales accelerator worklist card, and the Up next activities widget on the lead.
