Shift swapping allows supervisors to let customer service representatives (service representatives or representatives) swap shifts with other representatives.
Prerequisites
Complete the steps in Set up user management.
Enable shift swapping for representatives
To enable shift swapping, complete the following steps:
- In the site map of Copilot Service admin center, select Workforce management in Operations. The Workforce management page appears.
- In Time management, select Manage next to Shift swapping.
- On the Swapping page, set the Enable shift swap toggle to On.
- In Shift swap expiry (days), enter the number of days before the shift swap expires.
- Select Save and Close.
