Available apps for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (on-premises)

The Sales Hub app that's based on the Unified Interface framework is available for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (on-premises) and can be downloaded.

This app works with deployments of Dynamics 365 Server, version 9.1.

This is an on-premises release of Sales Hub v9.1.2009.3034 containing solutions for sales comprising all features and functionality available for on-premises use with Dynamics 365 Server.

Instructions

  1. When the File Download dialog box appears, select Save to save the file to your computer.

  2. Right-click the zip package file and then select Extract All.

  3. Right-click the extracted file, and then select Run as administrator.

  4. The Package Deployer loads. Enter the required information that’s on your screen, and then select Next.

    Tip

    In the Server box, enter the server name or IP address only. For example, crmserver. Don’t add a prefix, such as https://, or append with the organization name.

  5. The Welcome to Dynamics 365 for Sales page appears. Select Next.

  6. The Ready to Install page appears. Select Next.

  7. The Reading SalesApp Installer Configuration page appears that indicates two managed solutions will be imported, which are the Dynamics 365 Sales Application and the Playbook App. Select Next.

  8. The Executing Install Actions page appears. When the post import process is complete, select Next.

  9. Select Finish, and then select OK in the The extraction is complete dialog.

  10. The Sales Hub app appears in the list of published apps.

This is an on-premises release of Sales Hub v9_0_SalesAppOnPremExe9.0.4.1310. It contains solutions for sales comprising all features and functionality available for on-premises use with Dynamics 365 Server.

Instructions

  1. When the File Download dialog box appears, select Save to save the file to your computer.
  2. Right-click the self-extracting exe file, and then select Run as administrator.
  3. Follow the instructions on the screen to install the Sales Hub app.
