Use an approval workflow for both standard and recurring sustainability journals. The workflow uses the same approval process that you might already use for general journals. When you align the process for sustainability journals, you ensure consistency and compliance across all types of journals.

Use actions on the journals to send and cancel approval requests directly from the journals. This enhancement simplifies the approval process and makes it more intuitive and efficient to manage journal entries.
