Repaired Functionality

The following list details issues whose resolutions repair items in Dynamics that are not functioning.

Accessibility

  • When using the Aquatic and Desert themes in high contrast mode, some of the links present in lookup menus did not have the correct color settings.
  • On Android, when using touch commands to open the "A11yHubApp" control, the TalkBack screen reader did not announce the "loading information" status for the control.
  • When selecting an email address from a contact list that contained more than 150 records in the Sales Hub, the NVDA and Narrator screen readers did not announce the correct total number of contact records.*
  • When searching for an email template using invalid keywords in the Customer Service Hub, the NVDA and Narrator screen readers did not announce the 'No data is available' status message.

Solutions

  • When adding dynamic text to an email signature or template and selecting the close button without saving, the dynamic text was added to the template and signature.

Unified Interface

  • When searching for an existing record in an editable grid, the Primary Contact lookup field did not show a flyout when selected.*
  • When creating a new row in a grid without saving, the look up menu filters were not applied to the grid rows.*
  • When opening any view grid in the Sales Hub, the grid refreshed and the view selector remained open.
