The following list details issues whose resolutions repair items in Dynamics that are not functioning.

Accessibility

  • On iPad OS, when text size was set to the maximum size in the device accessibility settings, the My Calendar in the Field Service Mobile app did not adhere to the text size settings.
  • On iOS, when text size was set to the maximum size in the device accessibility settings, the My Calendar in the Field Service Mobile app did not adhere to the text size settings.
  • In the Customer Service Hub, the NVDA screen reader announced that focus was on the rich text editor multiple times unnecessarily.
  • When using touch command navigation in an account entity, the Voiceover screenreader did not announce the role of the "Expand/Collapse" buttons in the timeline.
  • In Omnichannel for Customer Service, the conversation panel obstructed controls when at 200% zoom or higher.
  • Nested UI elements were not announced by screen readers within the advanced lookup dropdown menu.
  • On iPadOS, in the Customer Service Hub, the Voice Over screen reader did not announce the role of list items in the Advanced lookup dropdown menu.
  • In the Sales Hub, Narrator and the NVDA screen readers did not announce the alert message that indicates when a required field was left blank.
  • When selecting the 'All applicable records' radio button in an account summary, the Narrator and NVDA screen readers did not announce the "Use these records" label name in the select records dialog.

Solutions

  • When creating a new Service Level Agreement (SLA) item, the 'I Acknowledged' and 'Cancel' buttons were unresponsive in the confirmation dialog.

Unified Interface

  • When creating a new sequence in the sales accelerator, the content in the new sequence dialog was not visible.
  • When enabling the 'email conversation' component in timeline, the custom connector filter remained in a loading state.
  • The chat list control was unresponsive and did not join a private linked chat when selecting a private chat link in the chat list control.
  • When configuring a custom introduction message for the chat control an account entity, the custom message was not reflected in the default chat view.
  • When adding a user to a new linked chat and selecting "cancel", the participants list was still visible.
  • When creating a new row in a grid without saving, the look up menu filters were not applied to the grid rows.*
  • An error occurred when scheduling a new booking record and interacting with the push notification.*
  • When selecting an item in a grid list, the grid content became compressed.*
