  • When using keyboard navigation to search for knowledge articles in the Customer Service Hub, the tooltip icon was not accessible.
  • When browsing a read-only grid in the attachment section of an email template, the sort button was unresponsive.

Solutions

  • When creating a new subject in the subject tree management section within a case entity, the subjects in the subject management tree page were in an incorrect order.

Platform Services

  • Inline pictures and attachments were not updated for emails tracked in Dynamics 365.
