Repaired Functionality

The following list details issues whose resolutions repair items in Dynamics that are not functioning.

Accessibility

  • In the Customer Service Hub within the Accounts check access dialog, the "Learn more about a user's access to record" link appeared as normal text, rather than a link.
  • The Narrator screen reader identified all items in an Opportunity list as selected after sorting.
  • When using tab navigation to modify an existing or new email template, keyboard focus was no longer present.
  • The Narrator/NVDA screen reader did not announce the instruction for the Edit information used to guide agents when creating a swarm. Use 2000 characters or less button when it was in focus.
  • When using the quick find search box and selecting a "filter by keyword" criteria, the Narrator screen reader did not announce the content within the "apply begins with" tooltip.
  • In the Customer Service Hub, when using the "esc" keyboard shortcut to close the "Show email as" pop up in the timeline, the pop up remained open.
  • When opening the "swarm details" tab in a new swarm, the screen reader announced the incorrect heading level on the page.
  • When editing the "swarm details" in a new swarm in a Microsoft Teams chat, the screen reader did not announce the edit button as a button.
  • When editing the "swarm details" in a new swarm, the Narrator and NVDA screen readers did not announce the "Maximum 2000 characters" instruction, role and name of the control in the "Steps already tried" section.
  • In the Customer Service admin center, column headers for the table on the Skills card were not adjustable using the keyboard and were truncated.
  • In the Customer Service admin center, the NVDA screen reader did not announce a descriptive purpose of the "Edit" button for the Agent guide card.

Unified Interface

  • The Customer Service Workspace remained in a loading state after opening a bookmarked report.*
  • In the Sales Hub, when navigating between multiple controls under the 'Show As' command and switching back to the entity grid page, the default grid page was present instead of the previously visited control.
