Accessibility

  • In the Customer Service Hub, the NVDA screen reader announced incorrect results and tab item values in the search results page.
  • The focus behavior was inconsistent with different high contrast settings (Desert and Aquatic) when selecting a record popup in Request Management.

Knowledge Management

  • When setting a knowledge article as a favorite, the article was not present in the favorite tab within the Customer Service Hub.*
  • When opening a knowledge article and selecting the thumbs up option in the "Was this article helpful?" feedback section, there was no thumbs up present in the Customer Service Hub.*
