Repaired Functionality

The following list details issues whose resolutions repair items in Dynamics that are not functioning.

Accessibility

  • When using keyboard navigation to expand the "view more" section in a timeline, keyboard focus did not move to the "view more" collapse toggle button.
  • In high contrast aquatic and desert modes, keyboard focus was not visible on the tiles present in the Dashboard page.
  • When opening the global filter within a Dashboard, the Narrator and NVDA screen readers did not announce the correct position number for filter controls in the 'Global filters' page.

Knowledge Management

  • When setting a knowledge article as a favorite, the article was not present in the favorite tab within the Customer Service Hub.
  • When opening a knowledge article and selecting the thumbs up option in the "Was this article helpful?" feedback section, there was no thumbs up present in the Customer Service Hub.

Unified Interface

  • When selecting quick create and edit forms in a Dashboard activities sub-grid, the forms did not load in the New Activity flyout.
  • In Dynamics 365 Sales, when selecting a bar chart element, the chart data table did not filter to show the records related to the selected chart element.
  • When adding members to a new or existing Marketing list using the Advanced Find dialog box, views in the Use Saved view dropdown menu would not open.
  • When adding members using advanced find in a new or existing marketing list within the Sales Hub app, the advance find dialog box was unresponsive after selecting the close option.
  • When inserting an email signature, the "insert signature" dialog box did not close after selecting close or cancel, and the new signature dialog did not open when no email signature was available.
