The following list details issues whose resolutions repair items in Dynamics that are not functioning.

Accessibility

  • In the Solution Health Hub, Narrator did not announce the label name of "owner."
  • When using arrow keys to filter an account entity grid based on a specific date, keyboard focus was applied to a hidden element instead of the calendar control.
  • When tabbing to a meeting that was scheduled as an all-day event, the Narrator screen reader did not announce that the event was scheduled for an entire day.
  • When using keyboard navigation in the timeline of any existing contact, the "more" command submenu would not close.

Unified Interface

  • When opening a lead record in the Sales Hub, the suggestion details and work queues did not contain any information.
  • When opening a timeline and switching between tabs in a case entity, the timeline did not load after switching back to the timeline in the Customer Service Workspace.*
  • When sending a tracked email message with a set category, the regarding field was removed when synchronizing with a recipient mailbox that was tracking the email.
  • When the first condition in a Business Process Flow was set to false in an opportunity entity, the BPF was no longer present.
  • When sending an untracked email from the timeline in a contact entity, the email description section contained html code.
