Manage seller attributes

As an administrator or a sequence manager, you can create attributes and add values. For example, you want to group sellers according to the languages they know. Create an attribute with the name Languages, and add values for the attribute such as English, French, and Spanish. Assign the language attribute to sellers, and then an assignment rule can be configured to assign leads automatically to sellers who know the required language.

You can use the attribute designer to:

There are three possibilities:

  • You don't have the necessary license or role.
  • Your administrator hasn't turned on the feature.
  • Your organization is using a custom app. Check with your administrator for exact steps. The steps described in this article are specific to the out-of-the-box Sales Hub and Sales Professional apps.
