Click Home > Inquiries > Questionnaires > Answers > Answers. Click Answer.

Use this form to view details about questions and answers on a completed questionnaire, and to also view any points that are earned. For more information, see About answer session results, Viewing and evaluating results, and Using questionnaires.

Note

A question does not appear in the overview if it was not mandatory or was not answered.

Navigating the form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Tab	Description
General	Information about the selected answer.
Questions	The complete question.
Answer	The selected answer to the question.
Note	Notes that are added by the respondent.

Field	Description
Answer	The identification of the answer to the question.
Sequence number	The question sequence number. If 0 is entered, the sequence number is not used.
Primary question	If the question was conditional, this field displays the identification of the primary question.
Question	The identification of the question.
Row	The identification of the question row.
Points	The number of points that are earned for the question.
Correct answer	If this check box is selected, this answer is a correct answer.
Questions	The text of the question.
Text	The text for a row with questions.
Note	Comments for questions or answers.
