Batch attribute search (form)

Click Product information management > Common > Released products. Double-click the item for the inventory you want to search on to open the Released product details form. On the Action Pane, on the Manage inventory tab, in the Batch attributes group, click Search inventory. Click the Batch attribute search button.

Use this form to enter search criterion to locate an inventory batch with certain attributes.

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Buttons

OK

Execute the search for the attributes specified and close the search form.

Cancel

Cancel the search request and close the form.

Reset

Clear the attribute search entries.

Get template

Open the Get template dialog box. In the Template field, select a search template to retrieve a set of stored batch attribute values to use as new search criterion. To retrieve the template values, click OK.

Save template

Open the Save template dialog box. In the Template field, enter a unique name or identifier for the template you want to save. In the Description field, optionally enter a description. Then click OK to save the template. After you save a template, you can retrieve it in future searches using the Get template button.

Load item attributes

Retrieve the attributes from the Product specific form to use as new search criterion.

Customer attributes

Open the Customer dialog box and select the customer number in the Customer account field. Click OK to retrieve the attributes assigned to the item for this customer in the Customer specific form. This button is available only when the search is initiated from the Sales order form.

Select the batch attribute you want to search on.

Operator

Select the value that identifies the Minimum field search value if the search is for a range of values.

Minimum

Select the value to use as search criteria. If you want to search on a range of values, the value in this field is the starting value in the range.

Operator

Select the value that identifies the Maximum field search value if the search is for a range of values.

Maximum

Select the ending value to use as search criteria if you want to search on a range of values.
