Capability map (form)

Click Organization administration > Inquiries > Resources > Capability map.

Click Organization administration > Common > Resources > Resource capabilities. Click Capability map.

Use this form to view the capabilities that are assigned to all operations resources in an operations resource group.

You can change the orientation of the columns and rows by clicking the Switch row/column button. To view and maintain details about a specific capability, you can double-click the capability in the grid to open the details form, or click the appropriate button on the toolbar.

Note

If the Human resources license key is enabled, you can also view and maintain skills, courses, certificates, and titles.

Navigating the form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Filters

Filter	Description
Resource group	View capabilities for a selected resource group.
Resource type	View capabilities for a selected resource type.
Date	View the capabilities that are available on a selected date.

Tabs

Tab	Description
Capabilities	View information about the capabilities.
Skills	View information about skills. This tab is available only if you are using Human resources.
Courses	View information about courses. This tab is available only if you are using Human resources.
Certificates	View information about certificates. This tab is available only if you are using Human resources.
Titles	View information about titles. This tab is available only if you are using Human resources.

Buttons

Button	Description
Switch row/column	Switch the capability map display between a row view and a column view.
Resources	View or maintain information about the selected operations resource.
Capabilities	View or maintain information about the selected resource capability.
Skills	View or maintain information about the selected skill. This button is available only if you are using Human resources.
Courses	View or maintain information about the selected course. This button is available only if you are using Human resources.
Certificates	View or maintain information about the selected certificate. This button is available only if you are using Human resources.
Titles	View or maintain information about the selected title. This button is available only if you are using Human resources.
Scroll	View the capabilities that are available on an earlier or later date. The system updates the information in the Date field.
