Group calendar deviations (form)

Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Feature Pack, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012

Click Organization administration > Common > Resources > Resource groups. Select a resource group, and on the Action Pane, click Group calendar deviations.

Use this form to create and manage variances in the calendar for the selected operations resource in a resource group.

Use the From date field at the top of the form to specify the start date of the calendar. Select the Weekday check box if you want weekdays to appear in the calendar instead of dates. Use the arrows to scroll backward and forward between the days. You can only change values for resources if the calendar for the resource has not expired.

When you save your calendar variances, the Resources tab on the Resource groups form will be automatically updated to display the new calendar assignments for the resources.

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Tabs

Tab	Description
Calendar	View the calendar assignments for the selected operations resource or resource group.
Capacity	View capacity in hours for the specified days.

Fields

Field	Description
Resource	Identification of the resource or resource group. Note When viewing group calendar deviations for resource groups, this field shows the ID of the resource group and not a resource.
