Example

Instead of inserting a budget amount of 10,000.00, generate the budget amount by multiplying the values in the Quantity and Price fields. If you do not want to use Inventory management but you still want to manage the consumption of an item, you would then budget to use a quantity of 10 items with a value of 1,000.00 each for the current account and compare it with the realized quantity posted in the General journal form.

Note

The field depends on the value in the Price field.
