Loyalty point transactions (form)

Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Feature Pack

Click Retail > Common > Loyalty > Loyalty schemes. On the Loyalty schemes list page, on the Action Pane, in the Inquiries group, click Loyalty card transactions.

Use this form to view transactions that involve points for a loyalty program.

Note

The information in this topic applies only to AX 2012 R2 and AX 2012 Feature Pack. If Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 is installed, you can view loyalty point transactions for loyalty cards or loyalty programs.

  • To view loyalty point transactions for loyalty cards: Click Retail > Common > Loyalty > Loyalty cards.

  • To view loyalty point transactions for loyalty programs: Click Retail > Setup > Loyalty > Loyalty programs.

View detailed information about the loyalty transaction that is selected on the Overview tab.

Fields

Field

Description

Transaction number

The unique identifier of the loyalty transaction.

Store number

The unique identifier of the store where the loyalty transaction occurred.

Register number

The unique identifier of the point of sale (POS) terminal where the loyalty transaction occurred.

Staff

The worker who conducted the loyalty transaction.

Receipt number

The unique identifier of the receipt on which the loyalty transaction appears.

Scheme ID

The code that represents the loyalty scheme to which the loyalty card is linked.

Loyalty customer

The linked customer account to which the loyalty card is issued.

Loyalty card number

The unique identifier of the loyalty card.

Loyalty points

The loyalty points that are to being awarded or used.

Issue date

The date of the transaction on which the loyalty points were issued or used.

Issue time

The time of the transaction on which the loyalty points were issued or used.

Expiration date

The date that any unused loyalty points expire.

Statement number

The number of the statement on which the loyalty transaction appears.

Statement code

The code that represents the loyalty transaction that appears on the statement.
