Loyalty schemes (list page)

Click Retail > Common > Loyalty > Loyalty schemes.
Use this list page to view and set up loyalty schemes. Loyalty schemes specify how loyalty points are calculated and managed. After you configure a loyalty scheme, you can assign the loyalty scheme to loyalty cards.
Note
In AX 2012 R3, loyalty schemes are linked to loyalty programs and specify the earning rules and redemption rules that apply to loyalty programs. Loyalty schemes are assigned to retail channels, and loyalty cards are assigned to loyalty programs. Add products |
Open the Add products form, where you can select the products that qualify for loyalty points and link those products to the loyalty scheme. You can filter the product list by category, and then select one or more products from the category to add them to the scheme. After you add the products, you must specify the loyalty points that can be collected for those products. Note This control is not available if Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 is installed. |

Delete an existing loyalty scheme. |
Loyalty card transactions |
Open the Loyalty point transactions form, where you can view the transactions for the scheme. Note This control is not available in AX 2012 R3. If AX 2012 R3 is installed, you can view loyalty card transactions in the Loyalty programs form. Click Retail > Setup > Loyalty > Loyalty programs. |
Loyalty cards |
Open the Loyalty cards form, where you can view a list of loyalty cards and the loyalty customers who are assigned to the loyalty cards. You can also view any transactions that have occurred for each loyalty card. Note This control is not available in AX 2012 R3. If AX 2012 R3 is installed, you can view details about the loyalty cards in the Loyalty card form. You can also adjust loyalty cards and view loyalty card transactions. Click Retail > Common > Loyalty > Loyalty cards. |
Loyalty customer |
Open the Loyalty customer form, where you can view the details and transactions for a loyalty customer who is associated with the scheme. Note This control is not available if Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 is installed. |

The unique identifier of the scheme. |
Point status |
The total points that are available for the whole scheme. Note This control is not available if Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 is installed. |
Issued points |
The total points that have been issued for the selected scheme. Note This control is not available if Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 is installed. |
Used points |
The total points that have been used for the selected scheme. Note This control is not available if Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 is installed. |
Expired points |
The total points that have expired for the selected scheme. Note This control is not available if Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 is installed. |
Expiration time value |
An integer that specifies how many days, months, or years are added to the issue date of the loyalty points to define the expiration date. Note This control is not available if Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 is installed. |
Expiration time unit |
The unit of measure that is used for the Expiration time value field. Values include days, months, and years. Note This control is not available if Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 is installed. |
Loyalty program |
The loyalty program that the loyalty scheme is assigned to. A loyalty scheme can be assigned to only one loyalty program, but one loyalty program can be assigned to many loyalty schemes. Loyalty programs include the discounts and loyalty tiers that apply to a loyalty scheme. For more information about how to set up loyalty programs, see Set up loyalty programs. Note This control is available only if Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 is installed. |
