Online marketplace (form)
Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2
Click Retail > Common > Retail channels > Online marketplaces. On the Online marketplaces list page, on the Action Pane, on the Channel tab, in the New group, click Online marketplace to create a new online marketplace. To modify an existing online marketplace, double-click the online marketplace in the list.
Use this form to set up online marketplaces. You can create several online marketplaces to sell your products on public online marketplaces, such as eBay.

Search name |
When the online marketplace name is created, it is copied to the Search name field. However, you can change the search name. Because search names are indexed, but online marketplace names are not indexed, searching by search names is faster than searching by item names. |
Customer template |
Select the default customer for the online marketplace. This customer is used if a specific customer is not added to a transaction. |
Sales origin |
The method that is used for customer orders that are sent from the online marketplace to Microsoft Dynamics AX, such as email or fax. |
Catalog name |
Enter a name for the catalog of products to sell online. |
Email notification profile |
Select the profile that contains the email message templates to communicate with customers at different points in the sales process for the online marketplace. |
Status |
The status of the Commerce Services account for the online marketplace. |
Modified date and time |
The last date and time that the Commerce Services account was modified. |
Name |
The name of the Commerce Services account for the online marketplace. |
