Use this form to view questionnaires that are grouped according to question type. For more information, see Viewing and evaluating results and Using questionnaires.

To activate the buttons, select and expand a questionnaire type and select a questionnaire.

Navigating the form

The following table provides descriptions for the controls in this form.

Button	Description
Answers	View information related to completed questionnaires.
Group results	View information for all result groups in completed questionnaires.
Questionnaire statistics	View statistics defined for the selected questionnaire.
