Reset batch disposition code (form)

Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Feature Pack, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012

Click Inventory management > Inquiries > Dimensions > Batches. Select the batch. Click the Reset batch disposition code button at the top of the form.

Use this form to change the disposition code and status for an inventory batch.

Navigating the form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Tabs

Tab	Description
General	View and maintain disposition codes for batch items.
Batch	Set up the criteria for running disposition code changes as a batch job.

Buttons

Button	Description
Recurrence	Enter changes to the starting time and date shown as the default for a batch job. You can also define the range and pattern of recurring batch jobs if you want the job to be repeated periodically.
Alerts	Set up the criteria for issuing alerts when the status of the batch job changes.

Fields

Field	Description
Item number	The identification for the item.
Batch number	The identification for the batch to which the item is assigned.
New batch disposition code	Select the new disposition code, which indicates whether inventory is available or unavailable to be issued from the batch.
