Click General ledger > Journals > Tax register journal. Create a journal line, and then click Lines.

Use this form to generate tax register journal lines.

Navigating the form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Tab	Description
Overview	View the available registers and their statuses.
General	Update the status of the selected register.
Hide	Select the register fields to exclude from the register.

Button	Description
Register lines	View the register lines for the selected register.
Calculate current	Calculate the selected register.
Calculate all	Calculate all journal registers.
Print	Print the calculated register.
Reset status	Reset the status of the register to Not calculated.

Field	Description
Name	The register name.
Status	Select whether the status of the register is Not calculated, Calculated, or Excluded.
Approved	Select this check box to approve the register calculation.
Worker	Select the worker who approves the register calculation.
Journal batch number	The tax register journal batch number.
Years	The calendar year for register calculation.
Period types	The period for register calculation.
Period number	The tax register period number.
Register field	Select the register field name to exclude from the register.
Hide	Select this check box to exclude the selected register field from the register.
