Add batch attribute actual values to a registered inventory batch

Use the following procedures to add the actual value of the base inventory batch attribute to the registered inventory batch of a purchase order, and a production batch order.

Add the base attribute actual value to a purchase order

  1. Click Procurement and sourcing > Common > Purchase orders > All purchase orders. On the Action Pane, click Purchase order, or double-click a purchase order.

  2. Select a purchase order line.

  3. Click Update line, and then click Registration.

  4. In the Actual value field, in the Register now grid, enter the default value for the batch attribute.

Add the base attribute actual value to a production batch order

  1. Click Production control > Common > Production orders > All production orders. Select a production order, and then on the Action Pane, click Edit.

  2. Click Report as finished. In the Report as finished form, click Inventory, and then click Registration.

    Note

    You can also enter the default batch attribute value in the Actual value field in the Report as finished form.

  3. In the Actual value field, in the Register now grid, enter the default value for the attribute.
