Attach a question to a questionnaire without result groups

Using result groups is optional when you attach questions to a questionnaire. If you do not want to evaluate results based on correct answers, you do not have to use result groups. For more information, see About result groups.

Note

Before you can attach questions to a questionnaire, you must first set up answers, questions, and a questionnaire. For more information, see Setting up questionnaires, Designing questionnaires, and Using questionnaires.

Attach questions without result groups

  1. Click Home > Common > Questionnaires > Design > Questionnaires.

  2. Select the questionnaire to attach a question to.

  3. Click Questions, and select Questions.

  4. In the Questions form, click New to create a new line.

  5. In the Question field, select a question.

  6. Complete the remaining fields.

    Note

    If result groups are not being used, the Result calculation field should be set to None.
