Create warehouses

Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Feature Pack, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012

  1. Click Inventory management > Setup > Inventory breakdown > Warehouses.

  2. Press CTRL+N to create a new entry.

  3. Enter a unique identifier and a description for the warehouse.

  4. On the General FastTab, in the Site field, select a site where the warehouse is located.

  5. In the Type field, select the type of warehouse.

  6. Click Close to save the entry.
