Prerequisites for questionnaire

Some prerequisites are required when you create questionnaires, answers, and questions, but not all prerequisites are required for full functionality. For more information, see Using questionnaires.
There are two types of prerequisites: required and optional.

Example
Various users might design and distribute questionnaires. A company that administers an annual satisfaction survey might use the form template to create a consistent visual appearance of the questionnaire from year to year. An infrequent user might select only the required options in order to complete the process quickly.
