Schedule a questionnaire

Scheduling a questionnaire is an optional task that lets you schedule a questionnaire for multiple respondents. You cannot distribute a questionnaire in Enterprise Portal to both internal and external respondents at the same time. Instead, you must create two separate schedules


Before you can schedule a questionnaire, you must design a questionnaire. For more information, see Distributing questionnaires, Designing questionnaires, and Using questionnaires.

  1. Click Home > Common > Questionnaires > Questionnaire schedules.

  2. Click New to create a new line.

  3. In the Scheduling field, enter a unique identifier for the scheduling.

  4. In the Type field, select the type of questionnaire to schedule. Types are set up in the Planning types form.

  5. Enter information in other fields that contain information to include in the questionnaire.

  6. Click Setup details to open the Scheduling setup details form.

  7. Double-click a query in the list, and then click Select to define additional criteria that specifies who the responders are.

  8. Click the Questionnaires tab to select the questionnaires to distribute, and then click OK.

  9. To distribute the questionnaires, in the Questionnaire schedules form, click Functions, and then click Start.
