View subledger journals for free text invoices

You can use the Subledger journal form to view the debits and credits for free text invoice lines. For more information about subledger journals, see About accounting distributions and subledger journal entries for free text invoices.

  1. Click Accounts receivable > Common > Free text invoices > All free text invoices.

  2. Double-click the invoice that contains the line that has the subledger journal that you want to view.

  3. In the Invoice lines grid, select the invoice line that has the subledger journal that you want to view.

  4. On the Action Pane, in the Accounting group, click Subledger journal.
