Index subscription (class form)

Click Service management > Periodic > Service subscriptions > Index subscription.

Use this form to update base price and indexes for subscriptions.

Change

Select the value to change:

  • Index by a percentage – Specify a percentage, negative or positive, by which to change the value in the Index field in the Subscription form.

    For example, if the index is 110, and you want to increase it by 10 percent, select Index by a percentage, and then enter 10 in the Change Pct field. The index value increases by 10 percent to 121.

  • Index to – Specify a new index value.

    For example, if the index is 100, and you want to increase it to 105, select Index to, and then enter 105 in the Change to field. The value in the Index field in the Subscription form changes to 105.

  • Base price by percentage – Specify a percentage, negative or positive, by which to change the value in the Base price field.

    For example, if the base price is EUR 120, and you want to increase it by 10 percent, select Base price by percentage, and then enter 10 in the Change Pct field. The value in the Base price field in the Subscription form changes to 132.

  • Base price to – Specify a new base price.

    For example, if the base price is EUR 100, and you want to increase it to EUR 200, select Base price to, and then enter 200 in the Change to field. The base price in the Base price field in the Subscription form changes to 200.

Sales currency

The currency of the subscription. This field cannot be modified.

Change to

Enter a value for either the Index to or the Base price to option in the Change field.

Change Pct

Enter a value for either the Index by a percentage or the Base price by percentage option in the Change field.

Show Infolog

Select this check box to display an Infolog message every time that a subscription is updated.
