Create officeClientConfigurationAssignment

Add a target group to an existing policy.


One of the following permissions is required to call this API. To learn more, including how to choose permissions, see Permissions.

Delegated (work or school account) DeviceManagementConfiguration.ReadWrite.All
Delegated (personal Microsoft account) Not supported.
Application DeviceManagementConfiguration.ReadWrite.All

Request body

In the request body, supply a JSON representation for the officeClientConfigurationAssignment object.

The following table shows the properties that are required when you create the officeClientConfigurationAssignment.

target officeConfigurationAssignmentTarget The target assignment defined by the admin.


If successful, this method returns a 200 Created response code and a officeClientConfigurationAssignment object in the response body.
