Used to configure what to invoke when attributes are ready to be collected from the user as defined in the onAttributeCollectionHandler event in an externalUsersSelfServiceSignUpEventsFlow user flow type.

This is an abstract complex type from which the onAttributeCollectionExternalUsersSelfServiceSignUp subtype is derived.
