As we continue to invest in leveraging Microsoft platform capabilities for 2023 release wave 2, we've further redesigned the architecture of fundraising and engagement to ensure Azure is delivering real-time processing and market-leading transaction security.
Nonprofit organizations and UN agencies that leverage Dynamics 365 Marketing and Cloud for Nonprofit will benefit from a nonprofit marketing template that provides a guided journey to campaign segmentation and analysis.
Microsoft Cloud for Nonprofit provides the following capabilities:

Personalized engagement: Connect through compelling content by using the most proven channels.
Donation and award management: Payment processing, fund accounting, and designation management to support fundraising efficiency for simple to complex funding types.
This release wave brings additional improvements to the payment architecture of the Fundraising and Engagement application, helping nonprofit organizations and their partners benefit from greater extensibility in payments while continuing to deliver market-leading transaction security and platform reliability. Users of the likelihood to give AI model will benefit from greater model customizability, as well as breadth of model features and improved quality and performance across a diverse range of mission types and geographies.
