Microsoft Cloud for Nonprofit enables nonprofit professionals to build and strengthen their relationships with constituents. From entering gifts and processing transactions to using predictive AI scores and advanced analytics to segment their donor base, organizations using Microsoft Cloud for Nonprofit will benefit from ongoing improvements to the user experience and to the underlying architecture, build on market-leading transaction security, and platform reliability.

Microsoft Cloud for Nonprofit continues to provide and enhance the following capabilities:

  • Constituent management: Attract, retain, and grow donors and supporters.
  • Personalized engagement: Connect through compelling content by using the most proven channels.
  • Donation and award management: Payment processing, fund accounting, and designation management to support fundraising efficiency for simple to complex funding types.
