The copilot template for store operations, or AI store operations, helps retail store employees to get answers to their questions from their retailer's knowledge base. It also lets them create tasks for themselves or their colleagues using voice or text commands.

AI store operations has two main features:

  • Q&A: You can ask questions about your store operations using natural language. The copilot template uses unstructured data from documents such as standard operating procedures (SOPs) or process guides from your retailer. It supports various document formats, such as PDF, Word, HTML, and others. It processes the information in these documents to provide relevant responses to your queries.

  • Automatic task creation: You can create tasks for yourself or assign them to other store employees using voice or text commands.
