The People companion helps users quickly find coworkers, view org charts, check availability, and start conversations—all without switching between apps.

Key Features

  • Search by key descriptors- Search for contacts in your organization by name, title, location, department, project, or skill.
  • View a person’s card - Quickly access detailed profiles of colleagues, including their roles, contact information, and more.
  • Availability information - Check the availability status of team members to find the best time to connect.
  • Org chart information - Navigate through the organizational structure to understand team hierarchies and reporting lines.
  • Start a conversation - Initiate conversations directly through Teams or Email, making it easy to communicate.

Privacy and Security

  • Profile accuracy – The app syncs with your organization’s directory to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information.
  • Data protection – Stringent security measures are in place to ensure that your information remains private.
