When did the initial email notification explaining the Microsoft Cloud Storage Partner Program Integration Terms go out?
The initial email notification went out on February 23rd, 2023.
What if the emails did not reach any of our contacts?
Per the original agreement, it is the responsibility of the partner to keep the CSPP Admin team updated on who the points of contacts are. The CSPP Team sent a number of emails explaining the changes to the program Terms to those contacts.
Please provide us with the most current point of contact and we can provide them with the Microsoft Cloud Storage Partner Program Integration Terms for review and acceptance. Once accepted, the WOPI solution will be reactivated.
Agreeing to the CSPP Terms
Where can I agree to the Terms?
Use the Microsoft Cloud Storage Partner Program Terms Agreement site to accept the new CSPP Terms.
Who in my company should sign the terms? The email address of the individual agreeing to the terms must:
- Have the same domain as the partner URLs in our CSPP WOPI Allow List.
- Must match the first and last name entered in the agreement form
How long do I have to agree to the Terms?
You must agree to the Microsoft Cloud Storage Partner Program Terms by April 30th, 2023.
What if I don't sign before the deadline?
If you have not agreed to the Microsoft Cloud Storage Partner Program Integration Terms by April 30th, 2023, your current Microsoft Cloud Storage Partner Program Integration Agreement will be terminated and your CSPP WOPI connection will be removed. You will then need to reapply to join CSPP as a new partner.
How much time do I have to review this with my legal team?
You must agree to the Microsoft Cloud Storage Partner Program Integration Terms by April 30th, 2023. If additional time is needed, please contact csppteam@microsoft.com to discuss timing for reviewing the program Terms.
What if we need more time to review the Microsoft Cloud Storage Partner Program Integration Terms?

Who within my company should agree to the program Terms?
Anyone within the company who is responsible for legal approval.
What if my company requires more than one agreeing authority?
Though at least one individual from each partner company must indicate agreement to the new terms, it is acceptable to have multiple individuals from a single company submit an agreement.
If I am allowed extra time to review the Microsoft Cloud Storage Partner Program Integration Terms, what happens with my WOPI solution?
When you reach out to the CSPP Team at csppteam@microsoft.com, they will advise you how much extra time (if any) you will be granted or stipulations that must be met before you need to agree to the CSPP Terms.
Do I need to enter my name or my company's name in the signature field of the CSPP Terms Agreement form?
The signature field must be filled out with the name of an individual. Entering a company or department name in the signature field does not constitute agreement to the CSPP Terms.
Changes to the Cloud Storage Partner Program
Does this mean that Microsoft can/will charge for the Cloud Storage Partner Program?
There are no current plans to charge for participation in the CSPP basic program. Microsoft reserves the right to make changes to this policy at any time. You will be notified in advance if Microsoft decides to start charging for CSPP membership.
Do the Microsoft Cloud Storage Partner Program Integration Terms affect CSPP Mobile?
Changes have been made for admission to the Mobile Program. These changes do not affect partners already in the Mobile Program.Contact csppteam@microsoft.com for more information.
Will the Microsoft Cloud Storage Partner Program Integration Terms require updates to our WOPI Solution?
You will not need to make any changes to your WOPI solution.

Who can I talk to about the insurance requirements for CSPP participation?
We require that every CSPP partner carry insurance to cover finanical liabilities that may arise resulting from the implementation and/or use of the partner's CSPP solution. If you have questions regarding the insurance requirements, reach out to csppteam@microsoft.com for assistance.
What happens if I break these Microsoft Cloud Storage Partner Program Integration Terms?

What happens if I change my mind after agreeing to the Microsoft Cloud Storage Partner Program Integration Terms?

Can I obtain a copy of the Microsoft Cloud Storage Partner Program Integration Terms in my local language?
We are unable to provide localized versions of the CSPP Terms.
What happens if I don’t agree to the Terms?
If the Microsoft Cloud Storage Partner Program Terms are not accepted by April 30th, 2023, the current Microsoft Cloud Storage Partner Program Integration Agreement will be terminated, and the CSPP WOPI connection will be removed.

What if I do not currently have an existing contract but have my WOPI solution in production?
It is a requirement that you agree these Terms to be enrolled in the Cloud Storage Partner Program (CSPP). If the Cloud Storage Partner Program Terms are not agreed to by April 30th, 2023, your organization will be removed from CSPP.
What is the termination policy with my current agreement?

Can I stay on my existing contract?
Unfortunately, no. Per the email sent on February 23rd, 2023, whether or not you agree to the new CSPP Terms, any existing legal agreement between your organization and Microsoft for the Cloud Storage Partner Program will be terminated on April 30th, 2023.

What are the differences between the CSPP Terms and my CSPP Integration Agreement?
In the time since the Cloud Storage Partner Program was first implemented, several versions of the CSPP Integration Agreement have been used with different partners. Please reference your existing Microsoft Cloud Storage Partner Program Integration Agreement and the Microsoft Cloud Storage Partner Program Terms to identify the differences between your existing agreement and the new terms. Will the Terms be updated on a regular basis?
We do not have a schedule for updating the Terms.
How often will you update the CSPP Terms?
We reserve the right to update the terms at any time.
The Microsoft Cloud Storage Partner Program Integration Terms do not contain Microsoft Trademarks and Branding Guidelines, where can this information be found?
CSPP UI and Microsoft Trademarks and UI Guidelines can be found in the CSPP documentation.
How long do we have to make updates that are required by CSPP?
The length of time partners will have to update their solution will depend on the update required. When we send a notice that an update is required, we will also send a date by which time that update must be completed.
What is the review process and how will it be conducted?
The CSPP team periodically reviews a random selection of partners' CSPP WOPI production implementations. We use the same testing process that was used when you went through the initial verification process prior to being added to the CSPP WOPI production environment.
We do perform reviews of partners' development implementations after a partner has been launched into production.
We do not have a set schedule for the review process.
If we make changes to our application after we are approved for production, do we need to go through CSPP verification testing again?
