The FastTrack request for assistance (RFA) form is now available in the Microsoft 365 admin center and the Microsoft 365 Setup portal. Submit this form to request guidance from FastTrack specialists with your Microsoft 365 deployment and migration efforts. FastTrack assistance is available for tenants with 150 or more licenses for the following Microsoft product families: Microsoft 365, Office 365, Microsoft Viva, Enterprise Mobility + Security, and Windows 10/11. See eligible plans for details.
Submit an RFA in the Microsoft 365 admin center
Go to the Microsoft admin center at https://admin.microsoft.com.
Select Advanced deployment guides & assistance on the home page.
Select the FastTrack assistance tab and then select Submit a new request.
After submission, receipt is confirmed with an RFA ID number, and the option to provide feedback about your experience.
Select Done.
Submit an RFA at the MIcrosoft 365 Setup portal
Go to the Microsoft 365 Setup portal at https://setup.microsoft.com.
Select Microsoft 365 deployment assistance.
Select submit a request for assistance.
Sign in with your work or school account.
Select Submit a new request.
After submission, receipt is confirmed with an RFA ID number, and the option to provide feedback about your experience.
Select Done.
View RFA details and status
You can check the status of a submitted RFA in the Microsoft 365 admin center or the Microsoft 365 Setup portal.
For tenant admins:
Go to the Microsoft admin center at https://admin.microsoft.com.
Select the FastTrack assistance tab to view your FastTrack request for assistance history.
Select an RFA from the status and history list to view details about the request.
For non-admins:
Go to setup.cloud.microsoft/microsoft-365-fasttrack-assistance.
Select Sign in and choose I'm not an admin before entering your work or school account.
Select an RFA from the status and history list to view details about the request.
A list of all submitted RFAs can be viewed with details on the requester, contacts, selected products, RFA status, and submission date.
