Acquiring New Numbers from Microsoft Teams

Frequently Asked Questions Details
What information and documents do I need to provide for my new number order?
  • A completed Know your customer form. If you submit this order through the Teams admin center, you do not have to download and complete this form. You will complete it during your order.
  • Local VAT ID
  • If you are an individual, please submit a copy of your ID.
  • If you are part of a company, please submit a copy of your business registration form. In Poland, this is called a Krajowy Rejestr Sądowy (KRS) form.
What number types are available?
How much time will it take for me to acquire new phone numbers (approximately)?
  • Up to 4 business days if the numbers are available.
  • Up to 90 business days if the numbers must be ordered.
Miscellaneous information
  • Numbers will have the local area code associated with the location.
  • Mobile numbers are not available.

Porting Existing Numbers to Microsoft Teams

How long will it take for me to port my phone numbers (approximately)?
  • 15 to 30 business days
When do phone number ports take place?
  • Ports are executed automatically at 12:00 AM Central European time, and operators have 24 hours to update the routing.
Can I change or cancel my port order?
  • Accepted ports cannot be cancelled.
Can I port some but not all of my phone numbers?
  • Partial porting is not supported.

What number types can I port?
