The PidTagRecordKey property ([MS-OXCPRPT] section 2.2.1.8) contains a unique binary-comparable identifier for an Address Book object. This value MUST be present on all objects on an NSPI server and MUST match the value for the PidTagTemplateid property (section 2.2.3.3).

The PidTagRecordKey property is not present on objects in an offline address book (OAB).
