2.2.5.2.8 Shut Down Presentation Request Message (SHUTDOWN_PRESENTATION_REQ)
This message is used by the server to notify the client to shut down a presentation.

Header (variable): The common message header (as specified in section 2.2.1). The InterfaceId field MUST be set to 0x00000000. The Mask field MUST be set to STREAM_ID_PROXY. The FunctionId field MUST be set to 0x00000106 to indicate SHUTDOWN_PRESENTATION_REQ.
PresentationId (16 bytes): A 16-byte GUID that identifies the presentation to shut down.
