2.2.6 Adaptive Software Quality Metrics (A-SQM) Manifest

The A-SQM manifest contains the rules that control what instrumentation data is updated. A-SQM uses HTTP/HTTPS GET to download a manifest package. The package contains a header describing the contents and an A-SQM manifest.
